Do I need to know which treatment I want?

Can I tell you I feel anxious?
Yes. Share what would make the first conversation easier. You can also ask the clinic how they support anxious patients and what happens at the appointment.
What happens after I enquire?
Our team contacts you to clarify your enquiry, location and preferences. We discuss a suitable participating clinic and help arrange a consultation. A booking is confirmed with you; submitting this form does not book an appointment.
Will I automatically qualify for dental implants?
No. An enquiry does not establish clinical suitability. A dentist needs to assess your teeth, gums, bone and general health before recommending treatment.
Can I use my super to pay for dental treatment?
Early access is only available in limited circumstances under the relevant rules. The ATO decides compassionate-release applications. Having an implant quote does not establish eligibility. Read our resource on super access before considering it.
